August Market Day Orders are due by noon on Saturday, August 9th. Pick-up will be Thursday, August 14th.

Also on Thursday, August 14th....after you pick-up your Market Day orders, the Marching Band Parents are invited to a quick meeting to talk about the ways in which your help is needed in the fall season. We'll meet in the Band Room and be finished by 8:20 when the band will be prepared to show off the results of their hard work so far in presenting the "Parent Show" on the practice field behind the school.

Volunteers for concessions are GREATLY needed, particularly during the first week of school. There is some kind of athletic event EVERY night of that week and concessions volunteers are needed each night. No prior experience is necessary! On the job training is available! There will be someone there each night who knows what is what to help. High School students, recent grads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors....anyone interested in helping to support the performing arts programs are invited to sign up and join us!

The Canal Winchester Performing Arts Boosters Organization is a non-profit fund-raising parent group. We currently support Plays, Musicals, Madrigals, Vocal Music, and Instrumental Music programs at Canal Winchester Local Schools.
